Q) Does Information Technology & Support Direct ship Internationally or to PO Boxes? A) No. We do not ship to PO Boxes for security reasons. Signatures must be obtained on all deliveries. We do not plan to ship internationally in the future.
Q) Are all items from itsdirect Australian retail merchandise? A) Yes, all items are Australian with Australian writing on the box. None of our items are cheaper foreign versions with other languages on the box. Some items are "OEM" meaning they do not have a retail box to save you money, and this is stated on the item.
Q) Are all your items in stock? A) Most items are in stock and available for despatch same day, or within 24 hours. Less 'common' items may take a few days to despatch if it needs to be ordered in. Preorder items will despatch as soon as they are available. If there are any items out of stock we will inform you and may split ship your order.
Q) Do you pricematch? A) Generally, No. We believe our prices and service are excellent and as such do not pricematch on small orders. Customers wishing to purchase a large or volume quantity may be able to get a discount depending on items and quantity. Please email us in this instance with your requirements.
Q) I have a PC that needs a particular item, can you tell me what I need? A) All questions of this nature should be directed to our MSN Messenger Support or via email - add support@itsdirect.com.au to your MSN.
Q) An item I was going to buy yesterday has changed and is dearer - will you honour its old price? A) Unfortunately not. Prices on items change daily in this industry and as such item pricing is subject to change on a daily basis. If you see a good deal that you want or need, buy it!
Q) What are you opening hours? A) 24 hours, 7 days a week our online store is open. We do not have a pickup store, unless local Sunshine Coast prior arrangement has been made. Orders are processed in the order they are received - within 24 hours of submission and quite often same day if placed during the working week.
Q) Is Information Technology & Support Direct registered for GST, and do you supply a tax invoice? A) Yes. We pay our taxes, and supply all orders with tax receipts and charge GST.
Q) Is Information Technology & Support Direct Australian owned and operated? A) Yes. All staff are 100% Australian (QLD) and all profits stay in Australia.
Q) I have another question, will you respond to my email even if I think it's a silly question? A) Yes. We know not everyone is a tech-head so ask away, there is no such thing as a stupid question, only stupid answers.
