This is how it works:

To qualify for VIP status simply make 5 orders within a 12 month period. Our system will automatically set your account to be a VIP. This will never change once you are a VIP.
Once you’re a VIP, simply add the items you want to your cart and apply to the applicable VIP discount in the *Discounts* > VIP section. These offers are subject to change – see the VIP section for current VIP offers.

Examples of VIP Discounts include:

Orders placed on accounts which are NOT VIP enabled with discount codes will be cancelled & refunded less a $5 processing fee.
