Q) Can I pickup the products on the website?
A) No. We do not currently have a facility for this, all items are sent by courier to you.
Q) Where are you based?
A) We are based at Caboolture, Queensland.
Q) Do we ship internationally or to PO Boxes?
A) No. We do not ship to PO Boxes for security reasons. Signatures must be obtained on all deliveries.
Q) What payment method is accepted?
A) We accept Visa/Mastercard and also Direct Deposit to our bank account.
Q) Are all items Australian retail merchandise?
A) Yes, all items are sourced from Australian Distributors and are for use within Australia. They also carry Australian Warranty.
Q) Are all your items in stock?
A) Most items are in stock and available for despatch same day, or within 24 hours. Less 'common' items may take a few days to despatch if it needs to be ordered in. Pre-order items will despatch as soon as they are available. If there are any items out of stock we will inform you and may split ship your order.
Q) How long will it take before I receive my order?
A) Most orders take 1-3 days except if you are located in a remote location.
Q) Do you pricematch?
A) Yes we do in some cases, please just ask and we can always check for you!
Q) What are you trading hours?

Q) Is itsdirect.com.au registered for GST, and do you supply a tax invoice?
A) Yes. You can download your invoice by logging in to your account and selecting the order.
Q) What happens if I have a faulty item
A) All you need to do is login to the website and submit a warranty request, we will respond to you by email with return details.
